Sheltering Arms Daycare- Host a project for children to learn about nutrition, health and wellness. This farmers market allows for students and parents to join together and give back to their community by hosting a local farmer’s market as a fundraiser event.

My Vessel Comes First ~ A Women's Wellness Event for the mind body and soul

What are you a vessel of? A vessel of confidence? Honor? Toxicity? Creativity? Trauma?
Take a break from your everyday responsibilities and experience 75 minutes of nourishment to your mind, body, and soul.
My Vessel Comes First is a self investment. Kalisia (@_winx) and Tijuana (@intuitivequeen8) will facilitate a deeper experience with self through dance yoga, meditation, interactive activities, wine and light refreshments. The purpose of this event is to collectively commit to establishing and nourishing our vessels and all that they encompass.

Sensual Yoga Classes
This is a Yoga & Meditation class for women on all levels of yoga experience.
A beginner friendly yoga flow that mixes yin and vinyasa style yoga to activate your senses and awaken your inner goddess.
It’s time to align with Divine Femininity through movement that will unblock or activate our sacral & solar plexus chakras. Water will be provided.
Bring your own mat and yoga blocks if needed.
