By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. event announcements, new service alerts, LIVEStreaming alerts, etc.) from Project Mind Body and Soul Incorporated, Intuitive Queen 8 or Tapped in with Tijuana. at the cell number used when signing up. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify: If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the User Opt Out process set forth above prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a material part of these terms and conditions. You further agree that, if you discontinue the use of your mobile telephone number without notifying Us of such change, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by Us, or any party that assists in the delivery of the mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO NOTIFY US OF A CHANGE IN THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY UNDER THE TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 47 U.S.C. § 227, et seq., OR SIMILAR STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS, AND ANY REGULATIONS PROMULGATED THEREUNDER RESULTING FROM US ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT YOU AT THE MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDED.
By booking a service with Coaching, Readings or Others services from Project Mind Body and Soul Incorporated, I agree to and understand the following:
Liability
Tijuana Carter, T & G Management, or IQ Tarot will not be held responsible for any decisions or actions taken by me at any time based on tarot readings or life coach sessions. I understand that the messages received during tarot readings or life coach sessions are subject to my own interpretation. I take full responsibility for my interpretation of the tarot reading session and for my actions if they are based on this reading, or any information on this website.I am 18 years of age or older.I understand the tarot reading session given, and any information from this website does not substitute professional legal, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or financial advice. Sessions are not intended to replace the services of a trained healthcare professional or be a substitute for medical attention. I understand I should consult a physician in all matters relating to your physical or mental health.
Payment
All purchases are paid prior to services being rendered. All sales are final. Refunds are only given if Tijuana is unable to perform the reading. If the appointment time is missed or shortened by the customer or person receiving services, no refunds or exchanges will be made. The session will not be rescheduled or extended. Tijuana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Services are only offered to adults 18 years of age or older.
Service
I understand Tijuana Carter will connect with the her psychic and spiritual abilities to provide answers or guidance, this is solely based on her personal psychic ability. I understand this tarot reading session is for guidance only and heavily based on spirituality and psychic connection. I understand that the tarot reading I receive is subject to my own interpretation. I take full responsibility for my interpretation of the tarot reading session and for my actions taken that are based on this reading, or any information on this website.
